If there are several friends there, with whom I can chat over a cup of coffee, it will be perfect.Besides, it’s a great place for me to study.In fact, I prefer it to the library as a place to study.I even bring my laptop computer, work on a paper for class, and even study for my final exams.

I will definitely go for the former one, since it is students'right to choose whatever
courses they’re fond of and whatever course they believe useful for them. We have to admit, the students themselves rather than the professors are the one who know themselves better. Sure, the courses recommended by professors can be pretty good ones, but not necessarily the most suitable ones for students. These courses may be too fundamental for some students while too challenging for the others, or the courses are just not what students interest in. Only when students are allowed to choose courses on their own can the above mentioned questions be avoided.
